Selecon at the South Eastern Theatre Conference, TN, USA

The Southeastern Theatre Conference is the largest and most active regional theatre organization in the USA and providing services and educational programs for those individuals and organizations engaged in theatre in the southeastern United States with its rich cultural diversity and legacy is the SETC's primary purpose.

Selecon's Scott Church with visiting LD, David WeissJust one facet of this commitment to the theatre community is the SETC Annual Conference and once again Selecon's hard-working sales manager, Scott Church attended and exhibited at this important industry event held at the beginning of March in the Chattanooga Convention Center, TN.

This year, together with over 400 workshops, demonstrations and panels, five theatre festivals, design competitions, exhibits, auditions, job contact service, new play presentations and distinguished speakers Selecon was pleased to be involved with a new networking opportunity - the Tech Mixer.

Joel receiving his new Selecon fixtureExpecting an attendence of 100-150 organisers were overwhelmed with a turnout of around 470 "techies" with Joel Lord, President of the New York Community Theatre Association winning the draw at this event for a new model Acclaim Fresnel.
